@Ana: It says in orange bar 57 people liked you, when I click there it just takes me to a subscription page
@Maggie Wun: that might be related to a bug with subscriptions not being reflected for some people. Can you message support at email@example.com and say your membership is not active? Thanks!
iOS, tried logging out of everything.
Same problem here. Membership gone with 2+ months left. Can’t restore it. Can’t send support an email.
@D: I have the same problem. But I just took your advice and sent an email to your support. For the last two months I’ve not been able to see my connections. Keeps taking me to the subscription page.
Still can’t restore purchase after having to create an new account. Deleted and reinstalled daily with no avail. Support is off and on with no real help
Can’t Restore majestic. Can’t send messages to support. They all say “Tap to Retry”
Restore Purchases button fixed in 4.0.2 update, just released :)
